As the busyness and noise of the day comes to a close and evening brings its peace, a gentle blend of lavender, chamomile, hibiscus and valerian root help your mind rest and your body relax, just in time to slip off to sleep.
In order to fully access the benefit of the valerian root, keep cup covered during steeping and allow extra time, if needed.
Add 1-2 tsp of loose leaf to infuser and place in 8-10 oz of hot water. Allow tea to steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Flavor with honey or milk, as needed.
